Effective January 1, 2026, Lyngsoe Systems Inc. has acquired the North American business operations of mk Solutions GmbH.
Going forward, Lyngsoe Systems Inc. will be responsible for all sales, service, and support of mk Solutions’ products in the United States and Canada, ensuring continuity and enhanced local support for existing and future customers.
mk Solutions’ European and international operations remain unchanged. We continue to serve our customers with the same commitment to quality, innovation, and personalized service.
This strategic partnership allows mk Solutions to strengthen its business and continue to develop and manufacture custom-made hardware and software solutions, while North American customers benefit from Lyngsoe’s strong regional infrastructure and service capabilities.
