  • Ensure reported issues are resolved quickly while answering and logging customer calls,<\/li>\n
  • and communicating in a timely manner with customers to resolve inquiries or problems<\/li>\n
  • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies automated products<\/li>\n
  • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as self-checks,<\/li>\n
  • security gates, sorting systems, and dispensers.<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems.<\/li>\n
